I would like to make a "Double Irish Chain" in a queen size but using two colors (red and White) Most have 3 colors including Eleanor Burns quilt in a day. Thanks for any help you can give me Enjoy your day, peterparley

Just substitute the red for the 3rd color, for the fabric requirement and for the placements. You will find it an easy fix :D:D:D

http://quilt.com/Blocks/IrishChain/IrishChain.html I've never done one personally, but it seems like to get the effect you will need two values of your red for a double Irish chain. Or maybe somebody has done one with only two colors. I'll be watching this thread.. |

Have made several Irish Chains, always with only 2 colours
