JOANN'S APP on your I-Phone.......
My Joanns APP kept giving me the same OLD (Feb 22nd) outdated coupons everytime I opened the APP. I un-installed the APP then re-installed it today and now I am not getting ANY coupons..... ANybody else having this problem?? I am in an area where coverage is GREAT..... so, what are your thots?? Thanks!

I used a coupon today with no problem. I've received March coupons.

I got my March coupons, too. And I live with horrible cell coverage.

I have downloaded the app and the coupons, but I haven't tried to use them yet.

Did you do the Software update from Apple?

Same thing happened to me. I couldn't delete expired coupons and new coupons wouldn't save to my wallet. I turned my phone off, but that didn't help. I deleted and reinstalled the app and That didn't help either. The problem started after I did the last App Store update.

I had problems until I did the last update. Try the update and see what happens.

I have't had any problems with mine. Have a 20% off total purchase for this weekend!

UPDATE: I talked to customer service @ joann's today. AFter explaining the difficulty I was having she said SORRY I was having trouble and they WERE aware of the problems and were attempting to fix the problem. So if you are experiencing any problems-be patient OR you can go to mobilecoupon.joanns.com I haven't tried the website yet so don't know anything abt it.... so, count your blessings if your APP is working correctly. Thanks for every-bodies comments.....
