I have a coupon for Joanns.com for free shipping, and I'm on their website. I added my rotary blades to my cart, and it says "your shopping cart is empty". I tried with both Firefox and IE and it refuses to add what I want to buy.
Does their website work for you???? |
I don't know about JoAnn's but I do know with some on line places if they are out of stock, it will not add the item to your shopping cart.

doesn't work for me either this has been on going since Thanksgiving weekened. Call in the order if you can get through on the phone that seem to not be working either.

Glad it's not just me. I tried calling and sat on hold. They said hold times are longer because of "unusual call volume" so probably means other people are having trouble.
With these issues going on since Thanksgiving, this has to be costing them a fortune |

I think Joann's site is about as helpful as they are in their stores....I tried several times to go onto their site but usually just get a blank screen or a sign that says their site is overloaded and try again. Goodness -- you'd think they'd get it fixed.... :x

I have been trying since Christmas to spend my gift card, so I called the 888# and "Marcy" said they were having trouble with the gift card sales. I got frustrated and bought it some place else. I hate it when people won't take my money LOL
