Does anyone know which of these machines is the better machine? Are there really any differences between the two? Which do you prefer? What would you recommend? Why?

They are both virtually the same in price but the Brother appears to have a better warranty and 1/2 inch longer throat.

I know nothing about the Brother, but I have the Juki and have had it for a number of years. It is a workhorse. I clean it regularly and oil it often and it has never let me down. No problems at all. I love mine.
