Has anyone here ordered from Kenquilt? I ordered some thread for my longarm from the website a couple of days ago. I couldn't get the size I wanted in the one color because it said they were out of stock so I ordered the larger one and 2 other cones. Yesterday I got an email saying that they are out of stock on everything I ordered and they don't know when they will get it. It said they would ship it as soon as it was in stock. I sent them an email complaint but got no response. Has anyone here had trouble with them? Should I cancel the order?

I have ordered pantograph patterns for the LA from them and got them with no problem, but when I tried to order thread the ones I wanted were out of stock. I think they may not carry a large backup supply of the thread. However, when I tried to order the same thread through another vendor they were also out.

They have an 800 number, maybe give them a call? :D:D:D

I would call, and if they think it would be soon I would wait. If they really have no idea, I would cancel and purchase elsewhere.
