little puckers FYI
I just sewed a block together, being careful not to pull or stretch the material and it came out with little puckers anyway. It really ticked me off because now I have to make another block. I clipped a couple of threads to see if it would release the tention, but it wasn't enough. Cause---the bobbin thread was stronger than the top thread and was pulling on the weaker thread. I changed to lighter weight thread and no puckers.

Thanks for the tip. I'm happy you found what will work:)

Hmmmm... good to know. I'll have to file that one away in my brain and hope I can find it when I need it!

Another thing I found when I have puckering, is sometimes to flip my project over and sew from the other side, so the feed dogs are adjusting the fabric so as to prevent the puckering that sometimes occurs.

Good to know, thanks for the info.
