Does anyone know anything about this machine? I have searched the internet and have not found anything. I also have a 1934 Singer, Class 15-91. What type of machine is this?
Also the paint is chipping. How do you fix these areas? |
It's a Cinderella Singer of course. Sorry I can't help.

why don't you take it to an antique dealer? Maybe he could tell you something ????

I have no idea, but it sure is very pretty!

I can't answer your questions, but have to comment on your sweet machine- It is just precious! Hope you can find out what you need to know to preserve as well as use it!

Gorgeous. First time I've seen a Cinderella.

Someone had a picture of this machine earlier (maybe a month ago). There was also some discussion so if you do a search on this site, you may turn up what you need.

Someone on another thread (will post a link if I can find it again) posted that Singer at times would make machines that were "blank" -- no Singer logo on them -- so companies could put their own logos on them.
This one looks like a "blank" Spartan that has been decorated and named Cinderella! Edit: Ok, found the post. Scroll down to BARBM32. They were Singer knockoffs. http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-118313-2.htm |
Thank you for the tip on my Cinderella machine. I thought it might be a singer. No serial number so not sure what year it was made. Looks great in my sewing room.
