A while back I ordered a pattern called Sunbonnet Sue Angel. I have never gotten the pattern, even though my credit card paid for it. It was only $4.00, but I really wanted the pattern. Possibly does any one have that pattern. It was ordered from E-pattern central . If you can be of any help, please pm me.

Thanks so much,
Dixie

Could it have been a download- you pay for it and then download it? Call them, maybe they can help you with this.

I tried calling and there is not a person to talk to, they are probably in India anyway and I could not understand lol

E patterns are downloaded. It's probably there waiting in your account to be downloaded.

Hi,

E patterns are dowloadable, go to your account and I bet it is there for you to download.

I cannot get back in and since it was November, I just gave up on it.

Prism99 02-14-2010 12:47 PM

Is this the pattern?

It doesn't say anything about being an e-pattern, so I am assuming you would get a paper pattern in the mail. The "about" area shows a real person owning this website so I don't think you'd have a problem following up on it.

sewaholic 02-14-2010 12:48 PM

I order from them heaps and have never had a problem. Could your reply ended up in your spam folder and now deleted?

Oklahoma Suzie 02-14-2010 02:16 PM

I have never ordered from them, and don't have the pattern.

Loretta 02-14-2010 09:19 PM

I looked at their site and they are e-patterns.

knlsmith 02-15-2010 03:25 AM

I am 99% sure it will show up in your account. When you sign in, click on the password/username help and you can get into your account. It will be there just waiting for you wanting to be downloaded. I buy from them too.

:)

This is the email I received from them with the info to pick up a pattern.

You can download all of your e-Patterns from your online bookshelf. Please note, you will be required to sign in before you can access your bookshelf.

TO OPEN YOUR E-PATTERNS

A password is required to open your e-Patterns. Your password is your first name and last name (the same name used when you created your account for e-PatternsCentral.com). Important: Do not include any spaces in your name. Also, it should be all lower case and contain no special characters (such as dashes, apostrophes, etc ...).

For example, let's say your name is Mary O'Donnell. The password you would enter is: maryodonnell.

NOTE: If your information changes, any new access of your e-Patterns will be protected using the new information.

NEED HELP?

We want to help in any way possible. Please visit our Customer Care section at: http://www.e-patternscentral.com/pages/shopping.html. We try to answer all of your questions.

Note that the password for your BOOKSHELF is different than the one used to sign into epatterns. I had the same experience with my first online pattern so don't feel alone. Mine automatically downloaded to my computer so you may have to follow the path to it. Good luck.

Yes, I've ordered from them also and I've never had a problem......
I was just in again this morning and checked the patterns that I bought previously - which are still sittig on my 'bookshelf'....
Dix, if you get in to their website so that you can log in to the site as a returning customer.....which required your email address and your password for the site....then, in the upper lefthand corner, you'll see the 'bookshelf'..click there - and it should give you your pattern..when you click on the pattern picture, you will need a password to download the pattern - which is usually our first and last name....
I hope you can get it,
Good Luck
Bill

Thanks to all of you! I got my pattern. Bill, I was never at the right place, because I never saw the Bookshelf or probably over looked. We have a ggchild due this summer and as soon as I find out, boy or girl, I want to do this.
Blessings to all of you!

it is probably on your computer, you might go through your downloads and find it, that is what mine does

knlsmith 02-15-2010 10:41 AM

I am glad you found it. I had the same trouble the first time I used it.

Happy Quilting!
