Looking for a post (cutting pieced top)

A while back some one posted a method (or link to method) of cutting a finished basic charm pieced quilt top . There were 4 (?) diagonal cuts and the resulting pieces were rotated and sewn back together to give the finished top a totally new look. I can't find it and now I could really use the information.
Can anyone help?

Was it the Missouri Quilt one where you have 2 blocks that are strips, you turn one one way, and put the other on top going in another direction, then sew around the edges and cut? Don't remember name of block, but it was within the last 10 days, I think.

Help with identifying a pattern, please? In Main section of QB

This is the one I was thinking of.
