I have several colors of cotton checker stripes. My question is how can I use them? I could not pass it up for a dollar yard at WM, also closing there fabric depart.

I love using them for bindng, it gives the quilt such character. I also use plaids and stripes on the quilts' backs. People always look at the back of my quilts for the label, that's why I use geometrical fabric as well. I don't make the quilts reversible (not yet anyway), just interesting.
