Thinking about a quilting frame for my mighty Bernina 830. Any advice based upon what you've bought and used?

I have looked at the Grace and Hinterberg. Any thoughts on these two lines? Any others? Any bad apples?

Anyone who has seen my work knows I make BIG quilts.

I had a Bernina frame.. I loved it! The wheels on the table are larger for the weight of the machine. This frame was made esp. for the Bernina 830.

Didn't you just sell this? Why? Do you think the Gracie GMQ Pro will handle the 830 as well?

Yes, I just sold it to get a long arm. I don't know about the Pro.
I've never tried it. It's just bigger wheels on the Bernina lets it glide so freely.. Like there's no weight. Maybe someone else can answer that has one. Good luck. Just do your homework. Their hard to return if you don't like it.

I have a Grace Pinnacle ... it has the metal all over the place and is grand on movement. (If I understand your question/comment correctly)
I am still kicking myself for not going for the Innova... and this is one of the reasons - - that frame has it all set up so that you can lift up the top and smooth under there, if you have to.
I cannot tell you the number of times, I have loaded up the batting, and part way through the quilt found it not responding correctly, and getting ruffly underneath. There was no way, short of stopping and unloading anything, I could fix it, since when do you notice it? When it gets on top of the top rail, out where you are sewing and your hand hits it.
If anyone has any batting loading tips on it, I sure would like to hear them. I would really like to be able to load my whole quilting frame by myself.
