An informative member here (sorry I don't remember your ID), put up a site about threads, sewing machine needles and hand needles. While reading this, these needles came up.
They're English needles with a special coating allowing easy stitching through cotton batting or difficult - to - needle fabrics. I was wondering if anyone has used these for hand-quilting? If so, how did you like them? Thanks in advance!!! |
Sorry you haven't gotten any updates on this question. Did you resolve it by yourself? If not, update your title with: Help request has gone unanswered: Needles. (Or something like that.) I know the members would feel bad if they new you didn't get your question answered. Machine needles are a challenge for me right now so I have been reading all the post we have on them. Some very interesting information. I will breeze back through them and see if I see the post the English needles were mentioned.

My research was on machine quilting needles. I didn't read the hand quilting responses but I did read the machine quilting responses and did not see your needle listed. Sorry.
