Marathon Rayon Thread
 

Does anyone use Marathon rayon thread 40wt for embroidery? I see that it's reasonably priced but before I purchase it, I would like some opinions. Thanks.

I love Marathon threads. I use polys, but wouldn't hesitate to try the rayon.

I purchased a 20 or 30 spool pack several years ago at a craft show
but have never used it (YET), normally I only use poly emb. thread
and normally it is only the Floriani that I use.

But I do have some projects that I want to try the rayon with.

I believe rayon thread is not as colorfast (or strong) as polyester thread. If it's a project that will be washed, that could be a huge consideration.
