I just brought her home from the shop today and I already love her. Like me, some of her polish is alittle worn but she just hums along with such a nice straight stitch....I am looking forward to many happy hours with her!

OMG, I had to look twice at the title post. I also have a new featherweight that I bought over the summer and have named her "Sweet Caroline". Mine was born in 1947 and is named after my mother. At quick glance, I thought someone was posting about my machine.

Oh BTW she's a beauty, just like mine....
