We had our meet & greet in Billings today. Unfortunately, not many showed up. But I met "Dodie" and her daughter. I brought a guest and another gal from my quilt guild happened to be in the shop, so she joined us. The shop owner did a demonstration on texture magic (very cool stuff) and gave us each a goodie bag. Plus she gave us a discount on our purchases for the day! The next shop did a demonstration on freezer paper applique and gave us a discount. Then everyone left except my guest and me. We went to 2 more quilts shops we had never been to and had a great time. I just felt bad that we made the arrangements - had 10 people coming as of the night before and only 4 of us showed up. Oh, well. Those of us that made it had a great time! Sorry, no pictures.
