I am currently working on BOM Moonglow by Jenny Beyer. I am struggling with getting some of the centers appliqued on properly. This is my first time doing PP as well as applique so what I was hoping is that someone out there can point me in the direction of some great tutorials on both. My avatar is a block from Moonglow that I did that with freezer paper (another first) but freezer paper doesn't seem to work for the other blocks. Thanks in advance.

There is a PP tutorial here on the board that is good. Quilter's Cache also has a simple practice block for PP that might help you out.

also, visit Jenny Beyer's web site- she offers lots of tips, tricks and tutorials to work on her patterns...great resourse!
i am working on this one too- doing it all by hand--but have not come to an appliqued block yet- so far- templates and hand piecing....
they are going to be BEAUTIFUL!!!
