was in pretty bad shape but we cleaned,oiled and greased her and she sews so beautifuly can anyone tell me how old she is i searched the internet but couldn't find it. |

the only #on it is AM566104 it has a # 3 on the bottom

You realize that the 201 is one of Singer's most coveted machines. All vintage lovers are looking for one. It may be Singer's finest machine. Congratulations.
The Singer company kept good records and the serial number will date it - except for a few lost records. Here is the site.
