Can you describe the block, what she was doing?

One she was bilding a sand castle, playing ball. swimming,all in a bathingsuit. I wish my mom was here she could draw them for me. My friend wants this for her little girl who has MS.

Ya know, I remember seeing those somewhere and for the life of me, no clue where.
