need ideas for Quilt Guild Christmas party

Christmas isn't far off and I just got elected to head our Quilt Guild Christmas party this year.
I need to decorate 6 large round tables. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thank you!

I would get som fat quarters, starch them, accordion fold them and use florist wire to make flowers. You can put them in inexpensive vases from a resale shop, add some greenery and they can be door prizes.

If you fold fat quarters the right way, they form a Christmas tree too. I bought them that way at a LQS once.

Maybe google napkin folding or centerpcs, you might find some good ideas there.
Can you make trees out of fab. You know, cut out four fabs, to be tree sew two tog.put one on top of other, stuff, a stand up tree.

I'd make hexagonal or octagonal table toppers-----------------then use them as door prizes for someone at each table.

One Christmas back, someone made little Christmas stockings to hold the silverware for each place. Or do the Christmas stocking mug rug for each place. (patterns somewhere on this board)

Or do an assortment of placemats if you have the time and money.

One more idea----------fold up a FQ as much like a flower as you can and stick it in the glass at each place.

At any rate, I'd stick to quilted stuff, since you are a quilt guild.
