I have 2 sets of 5 bundle fat quarters that I would like to make something with. The bundle is a dark red to light pink for colors in a marble texture.

I would love something to put on the table or coasters or something for my little one due in June. I have been looking everywhere but can't seam to find a pattern that would work with what I have for fabric.

Any ideas girls?

Maybe random stars a la Bonnie Hunter?

Or you could try a value quilt. Just google that and you'll see lots of options.

Good luck!

Butterfly try making a turning 20 with it..only it will be half sized cause you only have 10 FQ's or you can add to them. The disappering 9 patch is a cute pattern too..I am sure if you go to the top of the page here and click on search and type in either of those you will find some to look at. Or in the tutorials there are probably some patterns on there. Also youtube had a lot of quilt videos that are very helpful. Congrats on your new little one...

Sweet treats.com I think is the website that has many patterns all using fat qts. Good luck

Just double checked and it's sweet treat.com not treats....

What about a log cabin pattern? Would be a great use of the graduated colors.

A simple pinwheel quilt using half-square triangles would be cute.

If it's for a little one, maybe back it in flannel or minkee?

Buy a good neutral fabric that would go with all of them to use as background fabric.

Quilters Cache has a lot of free patterns, just browse through them and something will jump out at you!

I made straightlaced pattern, but it requires 8 fat quarters
