need written pattern for taco pillow case

I have lost my pattern for the pillow cases. and would be so very happy if someone would print them for me. Do not need the tute, I want to print the pattern off.

Funny...I was just shown how to make these the other night. The also added a decorative edging like some fancy pillow cases have on them.
