I am so happy for you. Enjoy her.

Congratulations on your new machine. I think you did the right thing.
You might as well get the latest machine with a larger throat.
Please let us know how it works after you've had time to play with it.

:D :D :D Hahahahah! Yeah, what she said!

Have fun with the new machine - what a blast! :)

so it seems I need to explain the name....let's see...the old machine had a 6" throat, new machine has a much deeper throat at 11"....so my father (yes, my FATHER) thought I should name the machine after Linda Lovelace. If you need further details, please google it as I really don't think I can explain any further.....

LOLOL! Well, we asked!!!! :D

Darn, I'm not old enough to remember when that movie came out, am I????????

Congrats on your new machine. I have a Janome and love her. I like her name, but I'm glad I spell mine with a Y to keep some distance from that story. LOL!!

(Laughing hysterically) as I'm wondering what possessed your dad to say "Linda." I don't think my dad ever even heard of Linda or her movie, but is really funny. You will love your Janome. I love my vintage Singers, but when I want embroidery or fancy stitches, I head toward mine. Love, love, love it!

I love my Janome Memory Craft 9500. An oldie but a goodie
