eQuilter.com is my favorite since there ia always a clearance of some sort going on. Once in a while, shipping is free. Take the time to explore the web site; it is awesome. The warehouse is in Boulder, less than a hour away from home, and there is an option to save the shipping cost by picking up the order at the warehouse.

In addition to the places mentioned, some of which I haven't heard of but will surely investigate, Hamel's is in British Columbia, and has free shipping if your order is over a certain amount (? $150 maybe). Their customer service is good.
