Ouch............

I cannot believe I did this yesterday. Was working on a blanket spread out on my bed and went to sit down on my chair.......I sat on my pin cushion! It is a tea pot and the top is where I put my needles............Luckily i did not have my full wgt on it when I realized I had needles in my butt. Haven't moved that fast is weeks.

I understand. I once managed to set on a quilt that I had the binding pinned on. Ouch is right!

Pins, rotary cutters, sewing machine needles........so we really do put blood, sweat, and tears into our quilts.

After you stated that your pin cushion was shaped like a tea pot, I certainly wasn't expecting the pins to be what poked you!

Oh my jeeper jumpers! I just made that saying up. Two people had accidents on her in the last 24 hrs. You girls slow down.

LOL. Sorry but I just had to read your post to DH who is cleaning a featherweight at the moment. He almost fell off the kitchen chair he laughed so hard. Then we both felt sympathy....

I bet even my would be able to move fast. I hope it didn't hurt much, but it does make me laugh.

Glad you and your teacup are ok. I sat on my 6x24" ruler once, and it shattered (it was on its side in the chair). These things really DO NOT like to be sat on!
