I have never heard it called a nook before. I'm sure there are patterns for covers free online. Try this one (I just googled kindle cover free pattern)

Hi,
I made a case for my Kindle from a pattern I found at Moda Bakeshop. It's more of a case than a cover, though. I have a leather cover I purchased for mine, but I carry my Kindle and the cord and light in my case I made. Bev |

I like the jeans one and I think my husband will also. I have been saving my pennies all year so I could buy him this for Christmas. So now I just have to make him a cover...no more funds left to buy a cover. :D |
The nook is the one barnes and noble came out with

I have seen a couple of them on line. Try looking for a Kindle carrier.

scroll down and you will see a selection of patterns for the nook. I have one too! My husband bought it for me last mother's day. He bought the cover - a pink canvas. So glad you asked this question as I would like to make one too. I love my little nookie. :-) |
love the one made from jeans. I make tote bags from jeans but haven't seen this use before.
Good luck making your cover. Pat |
