That Disappearing 9 patch in fabulous fabrics gives a lot of bang for the buck. I also love the potato chip quilt pattern but it looks less complicated. On the other hand, it's perfect for showing off some sassy FMQ!

D9P, French braid is very easy. Looks way more complicated than it is.
Also, I've found that using busier prints on simpler patterns also makes the quilt look more complicated than it was. |
