PFAFF 1212...any one know anything about these? HELP please
 

I have an 84 year old friend who was just given one of these and she needs help....afraid to try to do anything with it without some directions, she really needs a manual if anyone knows how I can get one for her.....age of the machine would be good too..........anything would be good really...............

Do a google search for pfaff 1212 places where you can purchase a manual and parts and pictures....lots shows up.

Make sure that it uses American household current or has the adapter to do so. Quite a few people who were stationed in Germany brought these machines back. Good no-frills machine.

You can usually find a free one that is a PDF on Google. Sometimes there are manuals for sale on eBay.
