I am thinking of trying to do the piano key border for the quilt I am working on now. Has anybody from the board used this pattern?
Is it easy to work up to come out even?

I've seen fabric pre-printed with the keys, too.

That is what I am doing is a black , black and white print, and white with black print quilt. I thought the piano key border would look very nice.

Cassiemae, be sure to post your finished quilt - love black and white.

I have made a piano key runner for the top of my piano. it was very simple. finished the keys are 1"x5-3/4". The black key is 1"x4" with a 1-3/4" white bottom. Theses are finished measurements.
