Welcome to the board from Southern California!!!
I don't think I have heard of a Popsicle quilt pattern but maybe someone here has!!!

CarrieAnne 05-31-2010 02:26 PM

I wanted to say welcome too!

This would be cute with all different colours used for the popsicles. The pattern is basic, but if you use your imagination, it could be really neat for a little one.

There's one called "Popsicle Treat" for sale here: http://www.abbimays.com/proddetail.php?prod=ch0804

I did only a quick google search, but didn't find any free online.

It probably wouldn't be too hard to work out your own pattern for a popsicle on graph paper.

Ahah! I see someone else's Google-fu was better than mine. :)

Sorry , i forgot to say i was new to the forum,
My name is Patty and i have been doing quilting for over 40 years.
I love to have one to hand peice over the winter while my husband surfs the TV channels.
But the first of the month i stated doing one with my embroidery machine, it is all done in the hoop, so far it has been a lot of fun.
Thanks to those who answered me.
Patty

I found this a couple months ago. I think it was a project linus pattern.

The picture is cute. I like that pattern. Funny I was sitting here trying to draw one then saw craftybears link . Pretty much the same. only I angled the bottom too. Don't know why that link is a better one. lol

I have used the Frosty Treats quilt pattern. I used my own color scheme so make the quilt brighter as it was a donation to a kid's camp.

The pattern is on sale right now at Clotilde... http://www.clotilde.com/detail.html?...7843&cat_id=13

Thanks alot ladies, now I have to make one of these. How cute and memories of the ice cream truck coming down the street. Now, my Grandkids listen for the ice cream truck. They would love this quilt.

Oh, goodie!! May I steal your idea for this lovely
two toned Popsicle to add to my ice cream cone quilt?

It will be so sweet that it'll make adults' teeth ache,
so I'm adding all kind of sweets to it.

Frosty Treats is an adorable pattern!

babyquilter 06-01-2010 03:47 PM

There is one in a Quiltmakers Magazine. It is a Linus Project Quilt and can be found on line. It is really cute. Hope you like it!

lab fairy 06-01-2010 04:41 PM

I this the same one as I posted the pattern earlier? It shows up as "download" at the bottom of the post instead of a picture in case someone needs one and didn't find it. I couldn't figure out how to make the whole thing show up any other way. I'm new yet.
