I had bought this gadget months before unsure how to use. When I went to class on Saturday the teacher demonstrated how to use it. Works really great.

It is called a Precision Trimmer 6" helps perfect your piecing and made by Marsha McCloskey.

Here is the website for it

I'm always looking for new specialty rulers. This one goes on my list. Thanks for posting about it.

That reminds me of the Quilt in a Day Square up Ruler = I saw it on tv. I do love new gadgets.

OK, based on your experience, what makes it so special?

What is good about this ruler!!! Helps perfect your piecing.
1. Can make flying geese triangles
2. Trim points for easy matching on 45 dgree angle patches

In this crossroads block I am going to trim up and you will use the center star to line it up.

See pics

Are the directions for use, easy to understand or would there be any tutorials for this ruler? I am interested in buying it if there are.
