I recently subscribed to this magazine which I think is a great resource for primitive style of any fabric/needle art and I received two copies but then didn't get anymore. I called them and for some reason my subscription had been 'lost' so they graciously sent me the issue I didn't receive and automatically renewed my subscription for another year!! I'm very pleased with their service and didn't expect their generous offer and I certainly like their magazine!! tildiemae

Now THAT'S customer service!!!! ...not to mention going above and beyond.

I've never heard of that magazine. Sounds interesting! I'm going to check it out right now because of the customer service!
