Did you try gently scoring the paper with a pin ? Very carefully ;-) I have used this with no problem . Sorry you are having problems . Annie

Wow, I haven't had that trouble either...but I would rather have a little trouble taking it off, than having it not stick well enough going through the printer

if you're having trouble separating the fabric and paper, be extra-extra careful once you finally get it going. the extra pull can stretch the fabric and image out of shape. you can usually press the fabric back into the right shape but the wonkiness of the image might by permanent.
don't ask me how i know. :hunf:  |
thanks everyone for the help

I had the same problem. Try ironing the back with a warm iron, that loosened the adhesive and helped me remove the backing paper. May in Jersey

That is a good hint to warm it back up a little, I will give that a try on the regular adhesive I use!!!

So glad I found these postings! I have been having a terrible time with this also! I even soaked my pictures in water. That helped with the little pieces, because I could roll them. But most of the pieces started out great and then peeled to a jagged point. So exasperating!! Thanks for all the good tips. Think I will use a warm iron on my next one... just for a minute, and see if that helps.

Try misting with a little water.

I had problems with this too. I did find that it says to wait 1 or 2 (can't remember which) after it prints and then pull the paper off...well let me tell you, you better count from when the printing starts because 1 second more and it is nearly impossible to get off! I was afraid to add more heat for fear it would make it worse. Let me know how that works.
