How do I put a quilt together when one square is quilted at a time?

There are a couple of threads on this forum, about quilting as you go. I can't remeber their titles at present. I also know that their are web sites that demo, about this. Look at your public library for books on "lap quilting" by Georgia Bonesteel. She has good explanations.
