question about bookmarks

when I open the bookmark window it is very small . Too small to do any thing. Before I could at least see a % to change and manuver the scroll bar to the area so that I could click the button. I tried everything I could to make the window bigger , nothing worked.
Toady there is no even a scroll bar showing .
Any suggetions ?

Usually, even when the box is tiny, it shows a "%" size at the bottom. If you click on that number, a box drops down & then, if you change the size to 125% (I think), the scroll bars will show up - even if the box still stays tiny.
