I have a lot of foam that goes under click lock flooring it is a white plastic sheet of foam and I was wondering if it could be used in bow tucks bags it is very similar to the foam used in cooler bags that you bring your shopping home in, I think it would be hard wearing as it lasts for ever under the flooring.

Don't see why it wouldn't work!
Give it a try and let us know how you like it.

See if it washes well first. I would make a sandwich of the stuff with a scrap of fabric and throw it in the washing machine.

I would think you could use anything to make it stiff IF you are able to turn the bag inside out. That is one of the steps in making the bag.
