Just wondering how everyone stores their pantograph patterns. I have so many and need to organize, so I can find them easily.

I have seen them stored in the plastic drawer stacks and I have seen them stored on dowels glued into a wooden post.

I have mine in a shoe cubby from Target. It has 15 slots that will hold 6 or 7 pantos in each opening. I have labeled the pantos and the slots A1-5,B1-5,C1-5 and have an alphabetized list of the panto names with their corresponding location. In a separate notebook I cut off the last 8 inches of the panto and label it with the letter/number location for easy reference for customers to pick a pattern. They leaf through the notebook and by having the cubby location on the sheet I can easily pull the panto to spread out on their quilt to help make their decision. Hope that is kind of clear, it sures beats the system I used to have-all stacked randomly in a milk crate.

Great idea ... love the cutting off and notebook. Unfortunately I have several hundred so won't be doing the cubby. Thanks.

I've have intentions of doing it like greensleeves said, just haven't yet

I use a shoe cubby as well. For me, it works the best of any other storage option I've tried.
