Quilt blocks given to me today :-)
 

I'm so happy to receive an entire finished quilt" top" featuring the block of the month for 1997. A lady at church who used to do some sewing years ago made these but didn't know how to finish them so they have been stored away for years. She gave this wonderful quilt top and another set of quilt blocks, some finished and some not finished, and a box of great quilting notions. She did a good job on every block and both quilts will be beautiful when I finished them. I have 2 other projects ahead of these, but will work on these in the winter. What a good day this has been! I'll post some pictures when I get everything sorted out.

I am sure the woman at your church is delighted to find a home for these items as they will be used and loved. What a wonderful gift! God does work in mysterious ways!! Amen!
