A friend of mine has been ask to judge quilts at a quilt show. She has done this before, but its been a while. She was wondering what the going prices are now. The show involves 100 plus quilts.

I know that she would be gratefull for any help.

It depends on a lot of factors: her qualifications and experience, references, whether the guild expects written comments, pays mileage, etc.

I'm interested, too, as I am the Quilt Show Chair this year and I need to hire a judge/appraiser.

Professional judging and appraising are two different animals. Occasionally, you can find a well-qualified, certified person who can do both.
Check the NQA website for judges and the AQS website for appraisers to get the best. I'm sure the judges and appraisers will be willing to negotiate fees for services. We don't bite. <G>
