quilt label for baby quilt -need wording
 
I've made a quilt for a baby shower next weekend. It is for a friend of my mom's & I'm invited since mom needs a ride there. In other words, I barely know this woman only thru hearing about her from mom & a friend who baby sits her oldest girl.

I was thinking something like:
Made especially for Baby Smith
by Carrie G February 2012
In every stitch a wish for happiness.

I would appreciate other suggestions for wording on the label. they do know it is a girl.

I think your wording for the label is right on! It's heartfelt without being too personal.:thumbup:

I usually put For "baby's name" made with TLC and blessing or giving with love and blessed with prayer. My name and the year.
