I just noticed that when you open a fabric collection at Connecting Threads, in addition to the link on the left to download the fabric library into EQ6, that there is a quilting label link below it that goes with the fabric collection! I never looked at it before but they are pretty nice.
I have 3 of the collections there that I need to download when I get home. |
Pam, do you mean a pattern for a label, to match the fabric collection?
|
No, it's a graphic file that matches the fabric that you download and print. I print them on fabric label sheets. Run them through the printer, let them dry, peel it off and rinse, then sew them to the quilt.
With a graphic file like that I would open it in MS Paint, use the writing tool to add my label info, then print it. |
Cool! I'm going to find the link.

What great labels :D 8) :D Thanks for sharing this info!!!
|
wow, somebody posted that some Joann's might be closing, which would force me to buy online. This just makes more gravy on it. thanks for the info! :D
|
I'm dancing here. I am so happy I can load those to my EQ6. This will save me time with DGD quilt. Thanks.

Connecting Threads is my favorite online store. They have excellent customer service and great sales.
|
I think I might be a little dense, because I don't understand what you are saying. Is this just for people with EQ?
|
No, it's not for EQ. It is just a graphic (picture) file. You can download it, open it with MS Paint, type your label information in the center area, then print it.
