Do you always put a label on a quilt and what information do you put on it?

I am horrible about forgetting to label quilts
It depends on who it is going to on how much info I include. Charity quilts just get my name, date and state. Other quilts I will add more, depending on the situation :D:D:D

YES! the basic on every quilt contains the name of the quilt, the date (month and year), fiber content and laundering/care instructions. if it is a personal gift i also add the recipients name and any pertinent info concerning that....oh= and my name

I put a label on every quilt that goes out my door. The ones I have here around the house..... not yet!

I never used to, but, since joining the board I have realized how important labels are. So, I put the receipent's name, date of completion, pattern name, and either my full name or initials ( initials if it is going to a family member and I have signed it Mom or Nana)
