Wow what great ideas! I think I"m going to just invest in some permanent pens for fabric and write on them myself! This has definitely helped!

My Mom told me when I was doing cross stitch to "document" them. Someone in the future might well be very interested in who made them and when. So I started to do it with the quilts as well.

How do you set the pigma pen? I used them to make labels on several quilts and after a few washings, they faded and I have to make the label all over again.
