I know it as Strip Twist.

I think it is a pattern from www.quiltville.com and I think it's called Strip Twist or something like that also.

Yes, strip twist.
As well as Quiltville, I think it's on the www.cozyquilts.com site

A modern fractured quilt is usually formed by slicing panels and stitching back together with an offset. However I've seen other types of quilts with that 'fractured' label. I think it's a case of multiple names for the same design, or multiple designs for the same name.

As stated in the text of my blog, the zigzag border was inspired on one from a 1903 quilt from Oklahoma. I did not copy it from Bonnie Hunter or from any other internet quilting site. While I know zigzag borders have been created for around 200 years at least, there are a variety of ways to piece them. If I decide to "borrow" patterns for my quilts from other published quilters, I will always give them credit.
