Quilted pop up credit card holder.
 

I am looking for a quilted pop up credit card holder. The outside is similar to a glasses case but somehow the credit card pops up I think by pulling something not sure about that.

There was a pattern in the winter 2006 issue of Quilting Arts Magazine. They included it in one of their free eBooks, so you can get it there if you like...along with six other projects at the same time. :)
