Quilting Clubs
 

I received an e mail to join Pam Bono's Quilt Design club and was wondering if I could pick your brains..
Does anyone belong to this and if yes do you feel it is worth it?

I've never heard of it. Is it an online club? What do they do?

Have you ever done a Pam Bono pattern? They have a free to everyone page to make a quilt. Before joining I would do a pattern to see if you like the style that she uses. It's different, and she does give very intense instructions with pictures.

I belong to the club and I love it. I have printed out so many of the free member patterns that I more than made up the cost. I like her style of piecing and have made about 5 of her quilts. Right now I'm quilting the flying home pattern. If you check out the site they have some free to everyone patterns so you can check out if you like her style. She also gives out big discount member prices for other quilts. I also bought some of her books. I will definately rejoin after my year is up
