Hi, I have my first kit from Quilts for Kids and was wondering if you can use 505 basting spray on it. I know we are not to have any chemical smells on the fabric and I did not know if the 505 completely washes out. Also, have the same question concerning using spray starch on the fabric before sewing...will it wash out?

Yes, 505 will wash out. It is safe for kids and pets. I use it all the time.
