Quit Shops in the Knoxville, Iowa, area
I'm going to be in the Knoxville/Des Moines area next week. Are there any good quilt shops that I should check out?

There is a quilt shop in Pella (~12 mi from K'ville) called Van de Lunes. There is one south of Oskaloosa on Hwy 163, near Eddyville called Quilted Treasures. There are several in the Des Moines Metro area - suggest a google search. Have fun. (Going to K'ville Nationals??

I'll be there too. Where are you staying/sitting? I've got a card I saved from the last shop hop that has about 90 shops in Iowa listed I can bring you a copy. It has one listed in Newton. "Crazy Redhead Quilting" I haven't checked it out yet. I mostly go to Block Party in Nevada, Quilting Connection in Ames and Quilter's Cupboard in Ankeny.

We are staying in Des Moines at what is now the Quality Inn near the airport. It use to be the Comfort Inn. Our seats are in section H, row 38, seats 19 & 20.

Oh, another one I just remembered is B&B Creations in a little tiny town called Tracy - 12 mi East of K'ville on the way to Oskaloosa (where you would turn south to to to Quilted Treasures).
