Does anyone know of a website that I can print a standard type sheet that you can place a photo and record info on the quilt you made to keep in a book? Such as, name, when made, who for, fabrics used, etc.....Thanks! Maggie

Depending on your purpose in keeping records, I guess I would also record things like type of batting used, type and color of thread, fabric lines used, maybe time spent on various stages, photos of work in progress, some fabric swatches.

If you would PM me the info you want, I'd be glad to design an excel page for you to print out and use.

This could be done in Word or another program of similarity.

I have this one I use - I designed it in print shop and you're welcome to use it. It's a PDF so let's see if I can get it to come up here.

Apparently, you have to click on download to see it. But it is there.
