Hello,
I have been busy this past month making yoyo's...at times 10 to 20 a day. The large size. For xmas dec. pillows and pot holders..Anyhow, My elbow has been very sore, and now I know why.....repetitive motion, stitching by hand on the plastic yoyo large disks....
So I need to quit making them for awhile. Anyone else have this problem?

my issue with yo-yo's the fingers gripping the disks, they tend to get achy. How many have you made and for what proejct? I did a bed runner and that was 907 of them.

a believe the technical term is tennis elbow, even though you were not playing tennis. it is a form of tendonitis and rest and NSAIDs are the best treatment!!! there is a strap you can by at athletic stores for tennis elbow, but not necessary if treat with above.
