I am looking for a pattern that will fit a round kitchen table. Everything I have seen is for square to rectangle. Is there such a pattern out there??

This site has some round quilts. You can use them as table toppers: http://www.phillipsfiberart.com/

You do need a wedge ruler though

What about a star shape, as shown in this thread:

(I have patterns available for this; PM me if interested.)

You could always make a huge Dresden Plate too. Just thought of that one. :)

There are several great ideas, let us know which one you decide on.

Thank you for replying. I really like your table topper and the colors are great. Is there a pattern I can get off the internet or was it one that you bought. Thanks again.

I just did one for my daughter. Was easy and fast. Moda Freebird by MoMo. Found it on internet free. I used an 8" dresdin plate ruler, extended to 11 inches on a piece of paper for pattern. I used strips already cut from previous project. Mine is only 24" Diameter, but her table is small.

Love the sight you mentioned. Thanks for the reply.

I've used a tree skirt pattern and just didn't cut out the one side. It looks great on the table.

if you have dresden wedge, you can use that and extend the length by laying your long ruler beside it.

Crazy Eight Strip Teaser is a perfect table topper for a round table. I bought mine from Favorite Fabrics right here on the board. She was wonderful to work with. I haven't made mine yet but I bought it with the intent of putting it on my round table. I think it would be perfect.

Ditto on the tree skirt pattern. I used one from the Quilt in A Day Christmas book. (I think that was it - now I'm going to have to go and check). LOL

Thank you for your information. I'll look into the Crazy Eight Strip Teaser. It even sounds interesting.
